Hello, my name is Janek, as some can already know I'm from middle Poland. My overall interests lay in IT (broadly understood), I would consider myself an amateur in programming with Python, C#, C++ and a bit of JS. (by the way if you want to learn programming, if I were you I would do the same what I had done which is learning C++ (or even C) first, because it really improves your understanding of the code) I also like to party with alcohol, (used to smoke weed since very young age and got addicted so now only alcohol) but still depressed. Currently I am in highschool and will be having very big final exams in ~1 month which is frightening to me because I don't have any motivation for studying, although paradoxically I am looking forward to going to an IT university in Gdańsk or maybe Warsaw.

Experience as an admin:

I had been an admin on polish network of CS:GO servers named Max-Play for a span of ~8 months. (I was admin on surf combat server) I know most of SM commands and how to use them. I left on my own because I started playing World of Warcraft (veri nice game) as worgen rogue on Nagrand server and was trying to achieve some good mythic+ runs, however I failed because (I think) I wasn't practicing enough.

What are the most prime qualifications for an admin:

Well, answer to that question can differ a lot depending on the context. First of all, a priority for an admin is that he should be objective (not like objective programming in C++) and not biased at all. Also what I find very important is that he should be sort of a guide or so-called "role model" for other players, because across many hours of my gameplay this season I have came across situations like: people playing very nicely according to rules until admin leaves and then start to understoob or undercamp immedietaly.

Why would you fit as an admin:

Well, the most important task of an admin is to bring justice among all players, thus I think that me, rather regular player, will be a good fit because I would punish everybody for every "rule-break". I just think that there are not enough admins on HNS EasyBlocks to cover most of the play-time peak of the server.

Other things you'd like to add:

TL;DR - I'm not racist. (xd) I used to throw a lot of n-bombs, which is mostly caused by my anger which in turn was created by some guy understabbing me, what is very irritating. Also, people shouldn't be judged by their past :):)

(by the way I think that longer ban times for understabbing should somewhat fix the problem of people breaking rules because they just wouldn't be able to play this nice mode thus re-thinking their decision of understabbing someone)

LUKA, sorry I might had not been clear enough. What I meant is that ban time of, let’s say 30 minutes, doesn’t discourage a player from understoobing/rule breaking overall. Such person can just wait while playing other game and come back to rule break again, possibly while admin has already left. Rule breaker should feel the punishment enough to discourage him from doing so again.

I have a feeling you do not recognise me, i am headshot mashine. As you know i have been banned for weeks, months and even permanently and none of these have ever affected my views on pulling off a nice understab. And if we look at the activity on the server it has always been more players during the times where i have not been currently banned so i do not think that rulebreaking, if done in a relatively good manner has a negative impact on the server and therefore these longer bantimes will not be good for the server.

LUKA how could I not recognize you :P I understand what you mean but idea you’re referring to is a special one. Understoobs done by you (at least those that I have witnessed) were made 4fun only, whereas what I was referring to is a different thing.The “bad understoobs” are those done fully on purpose, mostly done to annoy a player or get to TT as fast as possible. So I have to agree that understoobing is and always was a part of community standard.
